At The Broken Putter, our mission is to provide a consistent, high-quality food and beverage experience for every guest. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, fostering a supportive environment for our employees, and remaining a committed partner to our local community.

In 1996, the Broken Putter Grille Room was born out of a simple idea: that a great round of golf at JW Parks deserved an even better meal to follow it. We didn't want to be just another "snack bar." We set out to create a cozy, reliable home for golfers and neighbors alike—a place where the drinks were cold, the burgers were legendary, and everyone knew your name.
Over the last 25+ years, the clubs and the players have changed, but our commitment hasn't. We’ve grown from a golfer’s "19th hole" into a community staple, serving generations of families right here in Pittsfield. Whether you’re celebrating a hole-in-one or just grabbing a Tuesday night dinner with the kids, you’re part of the history that started nearly three decades ago.
Consistent food. Strong community. That’s the Broken Putter promise.

Since 1996, we’ve been more than just a place to eat—we’re a part of the Pittsfield family. Whether it’s through our "Dine to Donate" events or providing a home for local gatherings, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us for over 25 years.
You should know exactly what to expect when you walk through our doors. We refuse to compromise on quality, working with the same trusted vendors for decades to ensure that your favorite meal tastes exactly the way it should, every single time.
Our staff is the heart of the Grille Room. We are committed to providing a supportive, rewarding workplace where our team members can grow, thrive, and take pride in the service they provide to our neighbors.
We aren't happy until you are. From the first greeting to the final bite, our goal is to ensure every guest feels welcome and leaves looking forward to their next visit.
